Information for Presenters

Dear Presenters,

We would like to say thank you for your abstract submission. The APASL 2025 BEIJING will be held on Wednesday, 26 March through Sunday, 30 March.

Submission of an abstract does not imply registration for the conference. All abstract authors are required to register for the conference separately. Only the Presenting Author of Accepted Abstract may enjoy the discount as a special privilege.

Please follow the instructions to prepare your presentation. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Instruction for speakers of Oral Free Papers

Presentation Time

  • APASL-AASLD WORKSHOP-Break-out Session(26 March): 15mins (10mins Presentation + 5mins Q&A)
  • APASL-WHO ELIMINATION FORUM(27 March ): 10minutes (8mins presentation + 2mins Q&A)
  • Orall SESSION(28-30 March): 10mins (8mins presentation + 2mins Q&A)
  • PLENARY SESSION(29 March): 15mins (12mins Presentation + 3mins Q&A)
  • YOUNG INVESTIGATOR SESSION(29-30 March): 10mins (8mins presentation + 2mins Q&A)
  • LATER BREAKER SESSION(29-30 March): 12mins (10mins Presentation + 2mins Q&A)
After presentation, the Q&A time (a question-and-answer session) will be held according to the moderator’s instructions

Please kindly follow the instructions as below.

  • All invited speakers and presenters MUST submit the presentation file in PPT format at the Speaker Ready Room (206A+B) at least 3 hours before the session begins.
  • Make sure your PPT size is 16:9 Full HD
  • Presentation in PDF format is NOT supported.
  • Please be seated at the “Next Speaker’s seat” at least 10 minutes before your presentation. The seat will be located forward near the podium.
  • The PPT which you have submitted will be available on the computer on the podium. Please operate the slides by yourself.

Instruction for On-site Poster Free Papers

  • Each poster presenter will be provided with a poster board, Poster number will be prepared by secretariat.

  • Please prepare your poster with dimensions of 80cm in width and 140cm in height. Presenter should bring the poster with Movable self-adhesive vinyl for display on-site.
  • Posters should be affixed to the designated boards according to their assigned poster numbers in the poster area located in the South Lobby.
  • Schedule: On-site Poster Presentation is scheduled as follows.
      Even Number
    • Mounting times: 13:00-16:00 27 March
    • Display times: 17:00-18:00 27 March, 08:00-15:00 28 March
    • Removal times: 15:00-15:30 28 March
      Odd Number
    • Mounting time: 17:30-18:00 28 March, 08:00- 09:00 29 March
    • Display time: 09:00 - 17:00 29 March
    • Removal time: 17:00-17:30 29 March
  • Presenters should promptly remove their posters during the designated poster tear-down time.
    No exceptions will be allowed.Any posters left after the removal period will be removed.
  • APASL 2025 BEIJING is not responsible for posters and materials left on poster boards after the stated hours.

For those who have not removed posters until above removal time, please accept that the secretariat will discard any posters that have remained.

Instruction for E-Poster Presentation

  • Display time: 17:00 27 March - 17:45 29 March
  • Location: E-Poster Area will be located at the Ballroom C
  • The presenting authors of the E-poster are not required to attend in person.
  • Notice: Please download the template and send back to abstract@apasl2025beijing.com with presentating version by 28 Feb.
