Your clinical experience or research findings will provide valuable insight to inspire other participants. We sincerely invite you to submit your abstracts to APASL 2025 BEIJING. All abstracts should be submitted via the online system in the official website.

How to Submit Your Abstract?

Login to the submission system
Select the submission category (Please refer to the List of Submission Categories)
Indicate your preference for the type of presentation
Follow the steps to complete the abstract information including: Title, Authors & Institutes, Abstract Body (Please refer to the Submission Guidelines)
A confirmation will be sent to the authors after successful submission
Authors may edit submitted abstracts until the submissions deadline

Abstract Selection

All abstracts will undergo peer review by the experts in the selected category. After scoring, the Scientific Committee will determine whether abstracts will be accepted as oral or poster presentations with consideration of the author's indicated presentation preference.

Late Breaker Submission

APASL 2025 BEIJING allows for the submission of abstracts containing clinical or non-clinical data which were unavailable at the time of the abstract submission deadline 22 Dec 2024. Authors of late breaker submission will be notified the results by 17 Feb 2025.

Result Notification

Contact Persons and Presenting Authors will be notified of the result of the abstract via email on 16 Dec 2024(First Announce) and 10 Jan 2025 (Second Announce). It is the responsibility of the presenting author to notify any co-authors of the decision. Presenting authors need to confirm acceptance to present in APASL 2025 BEIJING. If an notification remains unanswered, it will be regarded as decline for presentation and withdrawal of the abstract.

Commitment to Present

Submission of an abstract constitutes a commitment to present at APASL 2025 BEIJING. If the Presenting author is NOT able to attend, either the contact person or presenting author must contact abstract@apasl2025beijing.com for the replacement.

Publication

Abstracts selected for oral and poster presentation at APASL 2025 BEIJING will be published in Hepatology lnternational.

Abstract Withdrawal

A written request for withdrawal must be made by 20 Dec 2024. After this date, APASL 2025 BEIJING cannot guarantee that a withdrawn abstract will be excluded from publication. Requests to withdraw an abstract must contain the submitting author’s name, abstract title, and abstract ID number. To withdraw an abstract, please contact abstract@apasl2025beijing.com.
